Question shared library dependencies

hi,

i want a program which can do the same thing as ldd does. that means the program should print the shared libraries with their path, names and version. also the source code for ldd will do fine. can anyone suggest me with some answers or useful links for this task..

thanks in advance.
regards,
sanjay

This may sound hilarious and unbelievable to you, but ldd is actually a shell script. The app is the app's source.
