Smile Sending sms to Java Cellphone emulator

Hello everyone:

I'm building an small app and I'd like it to send sms into the Java Cellphone emulator, however, I don't really know where to start. I don't really need anything fancy, just something like:

And it to be recieved by the java emulator. What are the steps I should follow? I've learned that I have to make some configurations to the Java emulator as well.

Everything will be on localhost.
