Segmentation fault (core dumped)

While compiling crcn tcl script from terminal the following error is shown

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Consequences:
Trace file is not completed which leads to incomplete nam file.
Simulation time 50 sec and traffic connections end at 45 sec while trace file stopped at 0.003 sec.
I tried to change AODV to DSR where it stopped at 7 sec.
Please provide me with solution to this.

It's a memory error, or a crash.
