Seeking for "Synchronise" and "patients" projects/scripts of Visual Basic

[Log in to get rid of this advertisement]
Does anybody here have any scripts/projects about synchronisation and patient-input for visual basic?

I'm studying Visual Basic and Sun Java because we want to use scripts on our network here at our dental-HQ.

Anybody have some ideas or projects (scripts)?

thanks, E de Zeeuw

You probably want to start looking deeper at how records are kept. You probably use a database backend.

There are open source CMS projects like plone that could be used. Also keep in mind any security regulations that may apply when dealing with patient's records.

That is not the normal approach to development namely shoe horn your requirements around a language that you are starting to learn. Rather, it is better to describe what it is that you need, see if anything currently exists that meets your needs and then work out how to combine the existing solution into your existing system.

Of course you may have an existing system that just requires a few tweaks but that is not clear from your original post. If you are looking for a new system then a google search for something like "dental management systems open source" should give you lots to think about.
