SDL 2.0 tutorials

Any good SDL 2.0 Tutorials? There are tons of 1.2 and such, but I can't find any beginner to pro set that are explicitly for the new branch of SDL.

Platforms of interest are Linux, iOS, Android, and MacOS-X

Unfortunately, SDL 2.0 hasn't had an official release yet. The wiki for 2.0 has a tutorial page. Additionally, you could follow tutorials for 1.2 while keeping the info from the MigrationGuide in mind.
