Script to determine perl dependencies

I'd like to write script to check the dependencies of perl scripts. Does anyone have any ideas? Can perl itself help without actually trying to run the script?

Thanks for the tip. In the meantime I found a bit of helpful things like PreReqScanner and ScanDeps. Hopefully I'll be able to use some of this. Modlist looks like exactyl what I need:
"Display the path and filename of each module instead of the module name. Useful for producing lists for later input to tools such as rpm."
I have my own packaging system and need to be able to trace modules back to a filename.

"perl -c name" only outputs 'Syntax OK' here. Am I missing something?
