Unhappy scheduler invocation, process selected, process entry and exit

Hi Everybody,

How can we see when scheduler enters cpu, which process it selected.

Also after a process is selected, context_swicth() is called which may in turn call other functions. but excluding these calls, How can we get notified when a process p enters cpu, and when p leaves the cpu.

Please help me in this regard.

Thanks......
