Scattering files in folders

Hi,
As my project is growing large, I'd like to place some files into various folders. Can't do that, I have tried to create a folder outside KDevelop, but when reloading, the files did not come up. Is there any way to put the files into folders inside KDevelop? Thanks
Jack
