Retrieving SNMP MIB

I am trying to access the MIB variables which belong to the tcp subtree. But whenever I try to access using snmpget, I get the message as "No such object available on this agent at this OID"

What are the settings, I have to do, so that I am able to access all the variables of IP,TCP,UDP etc, which come under the mib-2 subtree.
