Remove the Lower option from the pop-up menu?

Platform: Sun-Blade-100, SunOS 5.8
I'm using the CDE window manager.

Is it possible using code to remove the Lower option from the pop-up menu when I right-click on the window title bar?

In my application, I have a main window that covers the whole desktop. I have windows that are displayed on top of the main window. I don't want the user to be able to lower the window so that the main window will cover it up and cause the window to be lost.

Thanks for the Help!
