I have some bash scripting before and just got my mandrake 8.2 back in my computer. I have a bin folder in my documents folder in the home dir to make it easy to test scripts. I dont think i have the PATH right. If i remember right, i need to modify the BASH.Profile and add the line...$PATH=PATH/HOME/DOCUMENTS/BIN
If this is right someone let me know if not can you point me in the right direction??
thanks
ahhh, thank you, I knew it was something like that but my tired mind would not let me see it. lol. I had done it several months ago, but for the life of me i could not remember the EXPORT part. thanks alot.
