python book


i was looking at some python stuff today, and i saw some books on python. they were pretty cheap, but there was quite a few. so does anyone know a particularly good book? one that covers stuff from novice to expert.

hmm, well if you ignore the novice side of things...

is EXTREMELY good, and FREE! i even printed it all out and bought a folder for it. very good resource. I also got the Python Developers Handbook by Andre Lessa, which a meaty git, but well worth it for the 900+ pages. both these assume basic knowledge, but do get you in there really well.
