programming ide frontend

hello all...

ive been taking a programming class, and everything is done through visual studio 2003... i really like it, and am looking for something like it for linux.

programming language aside, is there a program like VS.NET for linux??

My preference is to use command line tools.

But there are many alternatives for IDEs, including:
- KDevelop:

- Anjuta:

and, of course, Eclipse:

are you looking for something that lets you develop .NET stuff on linux? Check out Mono:

KDevelop is a very mature IDE, I use it for all my C++ needs (including dialog creation etc..)
