problem with GTK in C

I'm writing GUI with GTK in C language. I need know how can I make a tabbed box with GTK. I'd like write three box with tab like below:

|---|---|---|
| 1 | 2 | 3 |
| ---------------------|
| |
| |
| |
| |
| |
|-------------------------

and selecting 1, 2 or 3 box clicking over related tab.

How can I to do this work with GTK?

Thanks,
savio

I am not sure I understand your question.

I use gtk+ through its Perl bindings; there is a notebook widget in gtk+.

I am programming in C and not in Perl, and I'd like to program in C.
I need building three objects overlapped, three squares overlapped where I must insert buttons, text entry, ....Think at firefox tab.
Each object must to have a tab for switching from one to other.
