Problem loading modules

Hi, i've compiled the following code chunk:

Code:
#define __KERNEL__
#define MODULE

int init_module(void){
        printk("<1>Hello\n");
        return 0;
}

void cleanup_module(void){
        printk("<1>Goodbye\n");
}
The problem is that when i tried to load it using insmod it prints:
insmod: QM_MODULES: Function not implemented
insmod: cannot open /proc/ksyms No such file or directory

The kernel version is 2.6.9, i've compiled it on my own, but i've enabled the loadable module support option.

Any ideas?

TIA
