Printing PHP/MySQL generated letters

Hi, I created a web app that gets client info from a mysql db, then generates a single web page that is made up of Cover Letters that need to get shipped to our clients.

The problem I am having is that the printed pages are formatted differently depending on which windows (IExplorer) machine they are generated from.

Has anyone had any experience using style sheets or anything similar to keep pages formated the same.

I also generate a mail label sheet that uses label paper, 2 columns of 5, and I can get page 1 to align perfectly, but subsequent pages get more and more out of alignment and I end up printing a line right on the edge of the label pieces.....

Any suggestions would be appreciated....

TIA

Why not create the html page on the server then convert it to pdf using html2pdf tehn it should look the same on any machine any browser (using a pdf reader like acrobat) and on any platform.
