please guide me to good tutorials

hello.. anybody know where i can get a good tutorial on real-time programming using C language? I really need to learn how to do interrupts, I/D and etc.. cuz I need to program chip.. also who knows where i can get library files and patches that are necessary to use avr-gcc..? that's all, thank you.

try a search for you specific hardware on . may have more information for you. Try the articles or forums there.
