php file auto restores


HI

we have a php tool,I wanted to edit some files but I found once I edit file and save it , after some time it restores to original one.how can I prevent not to get restored originally ?

Not enough information provided. How are the php tool and the files you wanted to edit related? What type of files were these that you edited?
