I have another problem, hopefully someone will know the answer..

I am trying to get an autoincrement id from an insert. I am using DBI.

i was having problems, and read somewhere i needed to include
Code:
 RootClass => "DBIx::ContextualFetch" }
in my connect statement. This produces other errors though:

Code:
Can't locate DBIx/ContextualFetch.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi
 /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl

at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi/DBI.pm line 896.
any idea what i can do to correct this?
