Need a couple of perl programmers

Need a couple of Perl Programmers to help bring about the Future of Television

I have done a fair amount of work myself, but I am at the point where I need some professional assistance. Specifically I need to hire a couple of Perl programmers and a web designer. Know anybody?

The concept

A little over a year ago was struck by a concept that I think may be a solution to some of the problems facing video producers and consumers. Excellent television shows are cancelled or never produced and weaker, but perhaps more popular, shows continue for years. Just a few examples would be Firefly, Angel, and Dead Like Me. In each case popular shows were cancelled because they were not quite popular enough. Each probably had enough viewers that could have been willing to fund continued production. This tells me that there are producers who want to produce something that there are consumers that are willing to
purchase. In other words, an unsatisfied market.

I think I have found a way to create that market and allow both the producers and the consumers to be satisfied. I have developed this idea into a patentable form (my patent is now pending), and I am pulling together the resources to make this happen.

You can see the current state of my creation here:

Flying Car Television

Most importantly here:

here:
Viewer Data Sheet
and here:
Producer Data Sheet

I also have set up a discussion forum here:
Forums

I am not quite ready for prospective producers and viewers to start exchanging shows for money, but that should come within a couple of months.

Currently I need a couple of programmers and a web designer.
