NDK missing all platforms except Android-L

I am trying to Cross Compile something and I just bought a new computer so my old CC environment is gone. Now I am trying to set up a new one but the platforms in the NDK directory are missing. Everyone except Android-L and I can't figure out how to populate the dir. Ideas?

I posted this in the General section but it has 105 views with no answers and I feel this is a better place to post this.
