Nand flash boot

Hi all
I am using s3c2451 processor and built uboot.bin and irom_Sd_Eboot.nb0.When i boot the board using SD card option by putting the irom_Sd_Eboot.nb0 file it is booting ,ie,SD boot is working.But when i boot the board using NAND flash boot,the board is not booting.What may be the cause.the boot settings for NAND flash boot is correct

Having two systems where one works and one does not is a good place to be.
You need to trace the steps in the boot process and find out which step the non-working one stops on.
