mysql insert many new rows of sequential dates

I'd like to insert a year or two worth of sequential dates (each as their own row) into a MySQL database.

Anyone know what to write in the command line?

Typically, mysqlimport; you may need to fiddle with command line options if your data doesn't "look" like what mysqldump does, though. One thing I've found is putting the files I want to load in a directory in /tmp named the data base name can make life easier.
