My terminal will be blank after some minutes

Hello all
I want to construct an embedded Linux that work with framebuffer. I have my Embedded Linux with all drivers and packages that i need such as BusyBox. The problem is that my terminal will be blank after some minutes. then if you press any key it will waked up. How can i disable auto blinking of the terminal. (the Power management of kernel is not chosen). I have tested the "setterm" command but give message that "unknown term". I have use also console esc commands but they have no effect.
Note that i have not installed ant x server. i am using the Linux framebuffer on console.
Please help.
Thanks.

Are you using some existing distribution, or your own system? Generally the terminal is set to automatically blank after a few minutes in the boot scripts.

Thanks for Reply. I have used my own system. I set my own boot script that is used by Busybox. How can disable the automatically blanking the terminal in boot script? using setterm? or using esc commands of console. No result using either of them.
