Multithreaded Server in C(++)

I'm trying to make a multi-threaded chat server in C++, how would I go about that? Keep in mind it's a CHAT server, so I need to be able to access new data(IE, users coming into the server).

PS, I googled for tutorials, but couldn't come up with any. =/

Check out tutorials on pthreads, or look for C++ classes/libs which wrap pthreads. I'm sure you can google some up. If your familiar w/ multi-threading already, just look at the header file and use the man pages to find descriptions of the functions/how to use em.
