mpicc: command not found

When I compile my MPI programs, there is a error:
"mpicc: command not found"
How to solve this kind of problem?
Thanks!

You probably need libmpichX.X _and_ libmpichX.X-dev (if you manage packages) or compiling, installing, and exporting path of libmpich, where X.X is... you know what. This should install usr/lib/mpich/bin/mpicc, the binary not found.
