More Java Questions

Ok, some Java questions. Does anyone here know of a tool that would permit me to create a GUI in java in anything approaching a WYSIWYG manner? Going through all the layout managers and so forth can be quite... time consuming. Also, I'm trying to figure out how to implement UDP broadcasts/receives using non-blocking IO. Any thoughts on that?

Netbeans helps you to build gui's ala drag 'n drop for Swing and AWT classes, if I remember it correctly. No idea about your second question though

You will need the VE plugin for Eclipse (http://www.eclipse.org/vep/) to use the GUI building feature. I have played with it, pretty good.
