mod_python: POST and GET variables, and code caching

I've been playing around with mod_python a little recently, and have two quick questions:

1) Is there a simple way to find the POST and GET variables? As I understand it, FieldStorage allows me to find any variables that have been sent, but not whether they were from POST or GET, and POST variables automatically override GET variables.

2) I understand that mod_python caches code for speed. Obviously, this is helpful when running a production server, but less so when you're trying to develop code. Is there some around this other than restarting Apache?

Thanks

Mike
