is this possible?
well i heard about the feature of incorporating both - text and images into a RSS-FEED.
is this doable - with
a. every feed
b. certain feets
can you show me how to display images from RSS feed?
Which feed-reader should i use ?

we can see that this is supported:
The <image> element allows an image to be displayed
when aggregators present a feed.
Tips and Notes
The image must be of type GIF, JPEG or PNG.
