looking for ready made Smarty templates

I am not sure what to call this, but here is what I am looking for. I would like to find a set of templates for Smarty that is basically a ready made website (in xhtml) that all I would have to do is add my content.

I don't need anything fancy with php backends and stuff like that, all I want is the graphical and block layout (outline if you will) of the webite (in Smarty templates) that I can then call from my php scripts.

Does anything like that exist? What would be the name for it? Thanks.
