Looking for addusesr&passwd shell script

I am looking for a shell script which will allow me to add multiple users to the system, and set a password or individual passwords for each user being added. Thanks to anyone who will help.

Could you give a lil more detail on the requirements?

Is this an attempt to bulk add users from a text file or something?
