Ok, after suffering quite a while to install the autoconf, now I manage to run Kdevelop and now I have another problem. The header file, KDevelop do NOT know where to get the header file and I take quite sometime setting ENV and PATH, it still doesn't work. At last I got really fed up and use the wizard to do the work.
I found out that makefile and other is very important in order to get my *.cpp file compile. There are too many files created using the wizard.
My question, is there anyway that I can compile my program like compiling Java in Windows?, compile --> run.
If yes what I need to do.
Please advice.
Thank you.
P/S:I know where is the header file, and bin file for Kdevelop and Qt.
But seriously it sounds like you don't have the proper devel files installed. You might find Python/GTK simpler if you're starting out, just edit and run, no need to muck about with autotools.
I think I have installed all correctly, but is the Wizard, I choose to develop interface only I can't include any other header that is not for developing interface.
How can I make that possible?
From what you've suggested, there is no other solution to my problem?
