KDEVELOP 3.1 installed but still runs 3.0

Running KDEVELOP 3.1 on Mandrake 10.0, just installed from
procedure on
http://www.kdevelop.org/?filename=download.html

But when I run it from the Menu, it still runs the
Old 3.0 Kdevelop version

Any ideas??

It looks that the new version have not overwritten the old one. It may be because *PATH variables were not set exactly to point to old version, but other reasons are also possible. What you need to do now is to find where KDev 3.1 is. If you have the locate database up to date, just open a terminal and run
locate kdevelop
Among other things you should get locations of two kdevelop executables. Can you find them?

You need to add it yourself. When you're compiling from source the icon is not added. Open KDE Control Center, choose Look & Feel, Panels, Menu and then you'll have a button to modify the menu.
