KDE logout script

I am desperate!

There must be a (hopefully) simple way for every KDE3 user to start a bloody script, just after logging out of KDE3.

If anyone has a solution PLEASE tell!

you can try the '.logout', but that script to run whenever a interactive shell logouts out, not just the very last one.

Maybe in your .logout script you can test to see if that script is the last to exit?

Tried that already. But the problem is that .logout is only called when logging in via shell! It is not called when KDE is exited.

I wrote a pseudo-deamon which is startet via .kde/Autostart and uses a trap-call to start another script once it is terminated.

Not a very nice solution... :-(
