K develop KDE Libs-Doc

I'm trying to setup K Develop20 on Red Hat 9.0 to hopefully
use to start learning C++ . I've chosen all the programming
RPMs at the install. During The KDevelop 2.0 setup the computer stalls and the installation stops halfway with the following message
Documentation for the KDE Library could not be found.
Make sure you have KDE Libs-Doc installed and set the director manually. I've tried Google searches for this and have come up with no results.

Is K develop worth the effort? I've only ever used Code warrior for
Windoze and want something that is as easy to use. I really have no idea where to begin. Any pointers?
I have Sams teach yourself C++ in 30 days.

KDevelop is definitely worth the effort if you like QT and KDE. Its even not bad for everything else. However, I find that it works best when you already know C++ but that's just my opinion, do NOT let it stop you from using it while you learn of course.

Try to install KDevelop using the "Add/Remove packages" (or programs?) utility from RH 9. Just select all packages corresponding to KDevelop.

I started to use Qt and KDE libraries and I found them very easy-to-use. Unfortunately, Kdevelop's code completion is not so good....maybe with the next version(s) will work better

Thanks for the advice. I just checked the add/Remove packages and it appears I have installed all the files as all the boxes in the software development section are marked. This makes sense as I did performa full install. So the question still remains is where can I find these files?
