jQuery/Ajax (inches from resolution)

Okay, This page does exactly what it's supposed to with jQuery/Ajax, but not when I initially load it. I have to either refresh the page manually, or hit my back button in my browser following the default page load. After doing so the links on my main menu, and the two links on the side menu load part of the page as they're are supposed to. Any ideas why I have to refresh the page or go back before the partial load will work? Here's the culprit: http://bluebounty.net

This is not an issue in Firefox, nor when the source code is run from my web-server at home. The machine I'm testing IE on is running IE8 on WinXP. If my information is deficient please bear with me.

Please keep this one open. I requested over the weekend the other two be merged to this one. Thank you.
