is there any tool avilable to convert java/sql code into asp.net/sql2000.

I know no tool for converting Java to ASP.NET. It'd be probably a very hard task, so probably there's one (if something like that exists it works only for simpliest cases). SQL is SQL, if you write a database-independant software (or for the same database) there should be no problem.
