Is there a Linux app to help layout user interfaces for Java?

Hello,

I need to code several Java applets and incorporate them into web pages. I noticed that Glade can help you design the layout of a user interface and then emit code in C/C++, perl, or eiffel. Does anyone know of an user interface design application that I can use with the Java language. I want to keep the design and implementation as simple as possible.

Thanks,
Bob Buchanan
