interfacing fingerprint reader with linux


hello..
Does anybody know how to capture fingerprint image from fingerprint reader and then stored it into database? (C language in linux)

Without the spec's for your reader, there is no way of guessing how one might go about it. You need to tell us more about the details of the interface: USB, firewire, ethernet, RS-232, SCSI, carrier pigeon, many other possibilities, even if this much is known. Do you have a specific make & model?
