Question Indian Hill C Style and Coding Standands

Does anyone know where Indian Hills' latest "Recommended C Sytle and Coding Standards" document is.

The latest one I found was dated February 19, 1997.

http://www.chris-lott.org/resources/...ill-cstyle.pdf

Please advise.
