icons in location bar

Hey, does anybody know what you need to put in you html code to get an icon to appear in the location bar? I want to be able to do this on my site (like the penguin that shows up at but I can't find anything on how to do it. THanks.

Try puting this in the head of your HTML:
<LINK rel="SHORTCUT ICON" href="/favicon.ico">

Then create an icon called favicon.ico and put it in the root of your web dir.
