How to use g++ to compile QT program


My Fedora 14 have installed gcc-4.5.1-4.fc14.x86_64,qt-4.7.1-5.fc14.x86_64,
I don't know how to use g++ to compile QT program.
Do I need to set PATH or something else?

Qt programs can be complied with qmake! For what do you need g++? Do you mean to ask how to install g++?

qmake is the program that determines how to compile the Qt program (which files to compile, where are they located, which libraries to include etc.), it still needs a compiler, which on a Linux system is typically g++.

With Qt the best starting point is to use QCreater which you can install from the Fedora repositories. If you are still having problem I think you would need to provide more details. For example, are you able to compile a simple C++ program?
