How to use "create_optwin"

I am trying to mash a couple of programs together for a project I am working on.

One of these uses create_optwin but I can't find any documentation about what that does. I suspect that it is a key part of what I am trying to do.

I suspect that it may be to do with GtkWidgets - but I don't know where to look to find out about them either.

Help would be appreciated as to what to read (and do I need to install some package to get the required documentation)

Ooops! I found it in the same source I was studying.

Talk about embarrased - but I did manage to find info about the widgets.
