How to start a new konsole to execute a shell scipt

I have a parent shell script that executes in a parent konsole, Iam trying to spawn konsoles to execute several child shell scripts and have the parent shell script terminated in the parent konsole, how do I do this?.

Tried your suggestion it worked, however!

I implemented the konsole command as suggested it did terminate the parent script in the parent konsole, but when I try to terminate the child script using ctrl+c in the child konsole, I see for every ctrl+c interrupt, the message "Uh oh... can't write data.." in the PARENT konsole, why is that?

It worked, but!

It worked, I don't see the message "Uh oh... can't write data.." in the parent konsole I guess It was redirected to the black hole, however Iam not able to kill the child process in the child konsole, using ctrl^c.

It seems related to konsole, you may want to try:
Code:
nohup xterm -e command >/dev/null </dev/null 2>&1 &
