how to send the output to another xterm?

hi friends,

I want to display the output of a script shell in an xterm, the script is running by crond, so no xterm is declared.
in the same way how to redirect the output of a command, say ls, to another xterm which is of course is open.

thanks for suggestion

Just redirect the output to that device - ie:
echo hello > /dev/pts/X

Where X is the device.

You could always direct it to >/dev/console or to another login tty >/dev/tty2
