How to schedule to run a script?

I want to run my script at 1pm of every Saturday afternoon.
The script will exit by itself, I mean I don't want to setup timing trigger inside the script. But how can I let system trigger the script's running?

Thanks a lot!

Google "cron tutorial" or "crontab tutorial". That's exactly what cron is designed for.
