How to maintain an RSS feed?

Good evening. I'm setting up a podcast for a project I'm in, but I haven't found a good tutorial or instructions on how to set up an RSS feed to is so people could subscribe to the podcast. What I've found is intructions of what the code should be like, like this:

Code:

-

-

VirtualStarTrek Podcast

VirtualStarTrek Podcast is a monthly talk show about the world of Virtual Star Trek projects.

-

March 2006

The first issue of VirtualStarTrek Podcast

Now, that's all very fine and all, but what I don't understand is how I should maintain it. What do I do with the code when a new podcast is available? Do I just modify the code to suit the latest cast, or fo I add another item, or what?

Sorry if it's a stupid question, but all help is appreciated.

Podcasting isn't a difficult task if you just "crawl" through internet search engines. I did so and found this one for u

http://sourceforge.net/projects/jpodder/

This jpodder will allow you to publish your podcast.

What you need to do is just develop an application (probably using XSLT and/or jsp) to dynamically generate content that has been newly updated

Also, you have to read the help file / documentation of this software. I haven't tried it, but what I have done is used a similar open source software in windows
