How to do Tooltips with GtkTreeView?

I'm looking for a way to assign tooltips on a per-row basis to a GtkTreeView.

I know this can be done because gaim does it, though I'm not sure how they did it. If anyone knows the functions that create these tooltips, or a resource that would explain how it's done, I'd appreciate it =)

thanks~

You mean you'd like to do something as discussed here: http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/index.p...&printable=yes ?
