How to connect to sourceforge.net and manage files trough ftp?

Hi Guys,
It's very strange, but it seems that the secret way to manage sourceforge.net files without pain and blood is not revealed yet!
I uploaded some files in my sourceforge project named blackwar .
I want to connect to my projects folder in sourceforge.net using filezilla or gftp.
I want to see my files there and manage them.
The question is How?
Thanks a lot. Any response will be appreciated.

For now using this method:
Uploading my files using default web interface. Creating a way to connect to it trough ssh using this command:
Code:

ssh -t username,projectname@shell.sourceforge.net create
It will then create needed permissions to connect trough ssh and will connect to it, I can also connect to created shell with:
Code:

ssh -l arioshahbani shell.sourceforge.net
In the shell entered:
Code:

mc
It opened semi-graphical file manager named Midnight-Commander, there I can manage my uploaded files in:
Code:

/home/frs/project/p/pr/projectname
Assuming the project is named "projectname" p is for the first letter of project name and pr is for the second name. Another example is for an assumed project named "tuxtv", the directory which projects file are there is:
Code:

/home/frs/project/t/tu/tuxtv
Wrote these lines here to make myself able to remember them if I needed to manage my files in next few months and in case I forget the above method, and I hope it helps others too.
PS: I find above method thanks to this page:

FileZilla claims to support sftp, so you should be able to use it. gftp only says it supports ssh, so that might mean it needs to run arbitrary commands over ssh which sourceforge won't let you do.

Ok. So anyone knows how to configure FileZilla to connect trough SFTP to sourceforge.net?
Thanks again.
