Cool How to close a opened file using shell scripting


Hi all,
I have written a shell script in which i opened a file using vim editor now i want to save and close this after making some changes to it.
How can i do it.

I'm not sure that is possible. You probably should do the editing with sed or ed in orrder to have better control of the process from a script.
